The student who is enrolled with the Institute will have to regularly work hard, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the M.D. of the Institute in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

After depositing money towards registration/course fee, if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join the classes in the Institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the Institute will not refund the money deposited towards registration or course fee. The registration money deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course and is not refundable if a student doesn't join that particular course.

The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Guardian.

It is for the student himself/herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student's admission form is not be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student can not claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.

Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of marksheet of class X/XII and three stamp size photograph to the admission form. The Institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in MEDICAL Entrance Exam./IIT-JEE, AIEEE. The student should also staple one extra photograph with the form.

The parents can meet the M.D. for any enquiry about their wards progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.

Change in address should be informed to the office without delay.

Students enrolled with AMBITION have to provide xerox copy of Admit Card of various Medical/Engineering Ent. Examinations as soon as they receive their admit cards from the examining Body.

AMBITION reserves its right to make any alterations in its programmes/fee without any prior notice to anybody.

In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms & conditions, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the M.D. of AMBITION. The seat of arbitration will be at Muzaffarpur.
